We are seeking an Assistant for our client, a Premier Entertainment Public Relations Agency handling A-List Talent. All candidates must have experience working as an Assistant to a Talent Publicist. This is an in-person in office position. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles. This is an incredible opportunity for someone wants a career in PR and aspires to be a Publicist!

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keeping Phone Logs

  • Rolling calls

  • Maintaining complex calendars

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and client appearances

  • Composing and responding to emails

  • Preparing expense reports

  • Booking travel and preparing detailed itineraries

  • Attending events

  • Special projects

REQUIREMENTS:

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Temp / Temp to Hire Assistant for our client, a top Commercial Agency. This is an in-person role. All candidates must be local to Los Angeles and Must have experience working at a Talent Agency. This role is ideal for someone who aspires to be an Agent.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Keeping phone logs

  • Rolling calls

  • Composing and drafting emails

  • Managing complex calendars

  • Track phone and email correspondence

  • Arranging travel, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries

  • Preparing Expense Reports

  • Taking detailed meeting notes

  • Talent Payments

  • General office and administrative duties

  • Special Projects and other duties as needed

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • MUST have at least 1 year of Assistant desk experience at an Entertainment Talent Agency (Internships considered)

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • MAC / PC Proficient

  • Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook

  • Highly organized, accurate, and strong attention to detail

SALARY:
