We are seeking a polished Executive Assistant to a high Executive for a Top Entertainment Business Company.  Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting a high-level Executive at either a Bank, Business Management Company, Real Estate Company, or Financial Investment Company is required. This is an in-person role. All candidates must to be local to Los Angeles.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the business side of entertainment and has an interest in learning bookkeeping or has some bookkeeping experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar management

  • General administrative duties

  • Compose email correspondence and write letters

  • Preparing expense reports and compiling supporting documents

  • General bookkeeping

  • Reconcile statements

  • Booking reservations and appointments

  • Research and gathering documents

We are seeking a Temp Accounting Assistant for a top Entertainment company in Los Angeles. This is an in-person role. Only candidates local to Los Angeles area will be considered. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • A/P and A/R

  • Track and process client checks .

  • Accounting, projects, including preparing reports, copying, filing, scanning, etc.
